Cardholders gain access to subsidized medical treatments across all major departments including General Medicine, Diabetology, Pulmonology, Laparoscopic Surgery, Gastroenterology, and Emergency Critical Care. All procedures are carried out using Life Line Hospital’s advanced 3 Modular Operation Theatres with Laminar Air Flow and state-of-the-art ICU facilities.

Eligible families can visit the Trust registration desk at Life Line Hospital with basic identity proof (Aadhaar or local verification) for immediate card processing.
